Jason Hart is a graduate of the California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo School of Business with an emphasis on business finance and commercial real estate. Prior to the formation of Hart Commercial Real Estate, Jason was a Senior Vice President with Colliers International and worked with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate.
Jason Hart began his commercial real estate career in 2002. During this time he has successfully sold over $220 million in retail, office, multifamily, investment and development properties.
Jason has been featured in the National Association of Realtor’s publication of Realtor Magazine Commercial Spotlight, as well as LoopNet’s Commercial Industry Newsletter for his expertise and success in using technology to market and sell commercial property.
Jason is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the California Apartment Association (CAA), the National Apartment Association (NAA), the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors (PCAOR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Society of Industry Leaders.
Jason has served on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of South San Luis Obispo, as well as the board of directors of Arroyo Grande Rotary Club and the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors. Jason enjoys coaching the Mesa Hawks 8th grade boys basketball team and spending time with his beautiful wife Shelli, and their sons Gianni, Lucca, and Matteo.
